The
Heart of America Dachshund Club
was formed with the following objectives:
- To create, promote and maintain in the general
public, an interest in purebred Dachshunds; to encourage more people to own
Dachshunds, and to aid and assist them in their care, education and breeding
of Dachshunds.
- To promote and host dog shows for the purpose of
creating interest in and education of the public as to the characteristics
and merits of the varieties of Dachshunds, and to encourage owners and
breeders to produce finer and better strains of Dachshunds.
